The tracking down of Prutscher’s designs and executed objects began for co-author Hermi Schedlmayer with her move into the Villa Rothberger, which had been redesigned by Prutscher: the database currently contains more than 5 500 entries. This work unites the scientific preparation of his extensive activities with a deeper involvement, for the first time in this form, with a person who experienced a great deal, from the spirit of optimism of the turn of the century to the occupational ban during the Nazi dictatorship, and processed these experiences in his artistic work. A cooperation between the University of Applied Arts Vienna and the MAK Hermi Schedlmayer, Fritz Schedlmayer, Otto Prutscher.
