The first presentation in the new MAK DESIGN SPACE features Mickry 3, a group of young Swiss female artists, who will show their "supermarket" - a wonderful world of commodities with plenty of handmade products to be purchased without exception: "Plastic Susis" for the road, "Instant Sets" for new partners, artificial hearts, and foodstuffs such as "Meat Birds" or "Disney Rabbits," as well as interpretations of objects of the MAK collection in an exclusive "MAK section" - wrapped and shrink-wrapped in specially designed packaging solutions.

In their work, Christina Pfander, Dominique Vigne, and Nina von Meiss play with people's desires molded by permanent consuming and reflecting the smooth surfaces of the omnipresent world of commodities.
